Revisiting Pain and Forgiveness

One of the hardest parts of getting better is realising all of the pain we’ve caused in the past. Another hard part is revisiting all that pain once we’ve moved on from dealing with it the first time. Is it possible to be forgiven for all that we’ve done? Maybe we actually need more than that. Maybe we need to be seen for the people we’re becoming, rather than the people we were.
